Bents Garden & Home is leading out of town, regional, large shed, garden centre and homewares retailer.

Established since 1937, this family-owned business is a true destination, priding itself on its home-grown and home-produced goods, from garden plants to inhouse dining experiences, Bents is a place where their customers can shop, eat, browse and buy all day long for all areas of their home and gardens for the ultimate in contemporary living for all ages and for all the family.

With the usual high volume retail calendar of activity across a whole range of categories, our task was to provide the business with a clear identity for its fast-moving comms and instore POS. Keen to remain a key competitor to the likes of John Lewis and M&S in terms of customer experience, we developed a look and feel for their communications to position the brand as the place to go for all seasons, rooted in the best value, best ranges and best experiences all round, this manifested itself as ‘You’ll be glad you went to Bents’.
